Processing & Shipping Times

• Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location:

  • U.S. Orders: Estimated delivery in 3-7 business days

  • International Orders: Estimated delivery in 7-21 business days (varies by country)

Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

• Free shipping may be available on orders over $50 (if applicable).

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

• Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Shipping

• We ship worldwide! However, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

• Delays due to customs are beyond our control.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• If your package is delayed, please check with your carrier before reaching out.

• If your package is lost in transit, contact us at tctbb@pid.ge, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us ASAP—we’ll try to update it before it ships!
